HOW TO COOK?

1.Add 1 measure mix to ½ measure sour curd to form batter,set aside for 1 minute.
2.Add 1 more measure of sour curd to the batter and mix well.set aside for 2 minutes.
3.Steam the batter in an idli cooker/idli vessel 10-12 minutes on medium to high flame.serve hot.
