HOW TO COOK?

FOXTAIL MILLETS:

  1. Fill a medium saucepan with 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add ½ cup millet and turn heat to a simmer.
  3. Cover it with a lid and cook for 10–15 minutes until cooked.

RAGI MILLET FLOUR: Cooking instruction not found.

MORNING DETOX TEA:

  1. Boil 2 cups water with ½ tsp tea mix.
  2. Reduce to 1 cup.
  3. Serve with lemon juice or honey.
