But somewhere along the way, we traded these age-old staples for over-processed grains, sugar-laden meals, and additives we can’t pronounce. The result? A food system that’s broken—and a generation that’s feeling the impact.

We started TID to change that.

So, we built The Indian Diet—a modern-day answer to our ancestors’ wisdom.
