FAQs

1. Why millets over wheat or rice?

Millets are high in fiber, rich in minerals, and have a low glycemic index—making them better for digestion, blood sugar balance, and sustained energy. Plus, they’re naturally gluten-free!

2. What makes TID different from other millet brands?

TID stands for clean, honest, and heritage-inspired food. We soak our millets before cooking, use no preservatives or additives, and build recipes rooted in Dadi-Nani wisdom—modernized for today’s kitchens.

3. Are TID products suitable for kids and elders?

Absolutely! Our products are designed for the entire family. From toddlers to grandparents, everyone can enjoy millet-based meals that are both nourishing and easy on the stomach.

4. Do TID products contain maida, sugar, or palm oil?

No. We’re proudly free from maida, refined sugar, palm oil, and synthetic additives. Just real ingredients—what you see is what you eat.

5. Are all TID products made with gluten-free ingredients?

Yes! All our millet products are naturally gluten-free ingredients, making them suitable for people with gluten intolerance or those looking for cleaner grains.

6. Do your products help with weight loss or PCOS?

Millets are known to support weight management and hormonal health due to their fiber-rich and low-GI nature. While not a medical cure, our meals can be a great daily addition to PCOS-friendly diets.

7. How much millet is in each TID product?

Each of our products contains 25-45% millet—some even higher. We let the grains do the heavy lifting when it comes to nutrition.

8. How do I cook your products? Are they time-consuming?

Not at all. Most of our products—like dosa mixes, pancake blends, and instant millet khichdi—take just 5–10 minutes to prepare. Great for busy mornings and quick meals!

9. Can millets be eaten every day?

Yes! In fact, rotating different types of millets throughout the week is ideal. They're light on the stomach, nutrient-dense, and make a great base for regular meals without spiking blood sugar.

10. Are TID products FSSAI-certified and safe?

Yes. All TID products follow strict food safety standards, are FSSAI-approved, and go through multiple checks to ensure they’re safe, clean, and high-quality.
