HOW TO COOK?

MULTI MILLET CHOCOLATE PANCAKE MIX:

  1. Take 1 cup pancake mix.
  2. Add ½ cup milk, mix well.
  3. Batter should be thin.
  4. Pour on griddle, cook like dosa.

MULTI MILLET BEETROOT MACARONI PASTA:

  1. Add pasta to boiling water with salt and oil.
  2. Boil 8–10 mins until soft.
  3. Drain, rinse with cold water.
  4. Sauté with veggies/sauce.
  5. Serve hot.

MULTI MILLET NOODLES:

  1. Cook noodles in boiling water for 5–6 mins.
  2. Drain, rinse with cold water.
  3. Stir-fry veggies, add seasoning.
  4. Add noodles, toss and serve.
