
Sweet Pongal with Little Millet Flakes
Ingredients -
- ½ cup TID PresoakedLittle Millet Flakes
- ½ cup moong dal
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup TID Jaggery
- Cardamom powder, ghee, cashew nuts, dry coconut – as required
Instructions -
1. Cook moong dal till soft.
2. Add flakes and milk, cook till very soft.
3. Add jaggery and cardamom powder.
4. Fry cashew and coconut in ghee, mix into Pongal. Serve hot.
