Multi Millet Strawberry Muffins

Ingredients - 

  • 100 g  TID Millet Flour (Sorghum, Finger, Pearl, Foxtail)
  • 100 g Sugar Powder
  • 100 g Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 g Baking Powder
  • 4 drops Strawberry Essence

Instructions -

  1. Beat eggs & sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add butter, flour, baking powder and blend 15 mins.
  3. Add strawberry essence.
  4. Fill muffin molds halfway.
  5. Preheat oven 200°C for 15 mins.
  6. Bake at 180°C for 30 mins. Cool & serve.
