
Multi Millet Strawberry Muffins
Ingredients -
- 100 g TID Millet Flour (Sorghum, Finger, Pearl, Foxtail)
- 100 g Sugar Powder
- 100 g Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 3 g Baking Powder
- 4 drops Strawberry Essence
Instructions -
- Beat eggs & sugar until fluffy.
- Add butter, flour, baking powder and blend 15 mins.
- Add strawberry essence.
- Fill muffin molds halfway.
- Preheat oven 200°C for 15 mins.
- Bake at 180°C for 30 mins. Cool & serve.
