Multi Millet Khakra

Ingredients - 

  • 25 g each:  TID Sorghum, Pearl Millet, Finger Millet, Foxtail Millet Flours
  • 25 g each: Bengal & Black Gram Flours
  • 3 g Salt
  • 2 g Coriander Powder
  • 2 g Garam Masala
  • 30 ml Water

Instructions -

  1. Boil water, mix all ingredients into dough.
  2. Make small balls, roll into rotis.
  3. Bake in roti baker both sides.
  4. Cool and store.
