
Multi Millet Khakra
Ingredients -
- 25 g each: TID Sorghum, Pearl Millet, Finger Millet, Foxtail Millet Flours
- 25 g each: Bengal & Black Gram Flours
- 3 g Salt
- 2 g Coriander Powder
- 2 g Garam Masala
- 30 ml Water
Instructions -
- Boil water, mix all ingredients into dough.
- Make small balls, roll into rotis.
- Bake in roti baker both sides.
- Cool and store.
