
Millet Laddu
Ingredients -
- ½ cup sorghum rawa
- ¼ cup pearl millet flour
- ¼ cup finger millet flour
- ¾ cup sugar, ghee, coconut powder, dry fruits, cardamom, milk
Instructions -
- Roast rawa, flours in ghee.
- Roast dry fruits separately.
- Add cardamom and sugar.
- Add warm milk or ghee to bind.
- Shape into laddus.
