
Kodo Millet Pancake
Soft millet pancakes packed with nutritious goodness.
Ingredients -
- 1 cup TID Presoaked Kodo Millet Flour
- 1 cup TID Presoaked sorghum flour
- ½ cup non-fat dry milk powder
- Baking powder, TID jaggery powder, salt, eggs, oil, water – as required
Instructions -
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, oil, and water.
- Combine both mixtures well.
- Spoon onto hot griddle, cook until golden. Flip once.
- Add water/applesauce for thinner pancakes.
