Kodo Millet Pancake

Soft millet pancakes packed with nutritious goodness.

Ingredients - 

  • 1 cup TID Presoaked Kodo Millet Flour
  • 1 cup TID Presoaked sorghum flour
  •  ½ cup non-fat dry milk powder
  • Baking powder, TID jaggery powder, salt, eggs, oil, water – as required

Instructions -

  1.  Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2.  In another bowl, mix eggs, oil, and water.
  3.  Combine both mixtures well.
  4.  Spoon onto hot griddle, cook until golden. Flip once.
  5.  Add water/applesauce for thinner pancakes.
