Ragi Muruku

Crunchy, spiraled bites made from ragi flour.

Ingredients - 

  •  1 cup TID Presoaked Ragi Flour
  • 1 cup rice flour
  •  2 tsp sesame seeds
  •  ½ tsp turmeric
  •  1 tsp salt
  •  2 tsp chilli powder
  •  ½ tsp thymol seeds
  •  Water, oil – as required

Instructions -

  1.  Prepare dough with all ingredients.
  2.  Use muruku press to shape.
  3.  Fry on low flame till crisp.
  4.  Cool and serve.
