
Ragi Muruku
Crunchy, spiraled bites made from ragi flour.
Ingredients -
- 1 cup TID Presoaked Ragi Flour
- 1 cup rice flour
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp thymol seeds
- Water, oil – as required
Instructions -
- Prepare dough with all ingredients.
- Use muruku press to shape.
- Fry on low flame till crisp.
- Cool and serve.
