
Ragi Millet Thalipeeth
Crunchy, spiraled bites made from ragi flour.
Ingredients -
- 1 cup TID Presoaked Ragi Flour
- 2 tsp rice flour
- Chopped onions, green chillies, garlic paste (optional), salt, chopped coriander, ajwain, warm water, oil
Instructions -
- Mix ingredients with warm water, knead into dough.
- Shape dough into balls, press into flat discs.
- Create center hole, shallow fry.
- Serve hot with chutney or pickle.
