Ragi Millet Thalipeeth

Crunchy, spiraled bites made from ragi flour.

Ingredients - 

  • 1 cup TID Presoaked Ragi Flour
  • 2 tsp rice flour
  • Chopped onions, green chillies, garlic paste (optional), salt, chopped coriander, ajwain, warm water, oil

Instructions -

  1.  Mix ingredients with warm water, knead into dough.
  2.  Shape dough into balls, press into flat discs.
  3.  Create center hole, shallow fry.
  4.  Serve hot with chutney or pickle.
