
Ragi Finger Millet Laddu
Ingredients -
- 1 cup TID Presoaked Ragi Flour
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 3 tsp ghee
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- Coconut gratings and chopped dry fruits – as required
Instructions -
- Roast Ragi flour.
- Roast dry fruits in ghee, melt jaggery in milk.
- Mix all together, shape into lemon-sized balls.
- Serve.
