Ragi Finger Millet Laddu

Ingredients - 

  • 1 cup TID Presoaked Ragi Flour
  •  ½ cup powdered sugar
  •  3 tsp ghee
  •  ¼ cup milk
  •  1 tsp cardamom powder
  •  Coconut gratings and chopped dry fruits – as required

Instructions -

  1.  Roast Ragi flour.
  2.  Roast dry fruits in ghee, melt jaggery in milk.
  3.  Mix all together, shape into lemon-sized balls.
  4.  Serve.
