Millet Bhel

Ingredients - 

  • ½ cup each of TID Little, Kodo, Foxtail, Finger Millet
  • ¼ cup kabuli channa
  • Onion, tomato, green chilli, salt, chaat masala, cumin powder

Instructions -

  1. Soak millets and channa overnight, pressure cook.
  2. Sauté cooked millets in oil.
  3. Mix with veggies, spices and serve.
  4. Add lemon juice and coriander on top.
