Millet Bhel
Ingredients -
- ½ cup each of TID Little, Kodo, Foxtail, Finger Millet
- ¼ cup kabuli channa
- Onion, tomato, green chilli, salt, chaat masala, cumin powder
Instructions -
- Soak millets and channa overnight, pressure cook.
- Sauté cooked millets in oil.
- Mix with veggies, spices and serve.
- Add lemon juice and coriander on top.
