
Little Millet Sago Khichdi
Ingredients -
- 50 g TID Presoaked Little Millet Rice
- 30 g Sago
- 25 g Peanuts
- 25 g Peanut Powder
- 3 g Green Chili Paste
- Bengal Gram Dal, Cumin, Coriander, Salt, Water
Instructions -
- Soak and drain sago. Cook millet rice.
- Cook both together for 10 mins.
- Prepare tadka with spices and add mixture.
- Add rice, sago, peanut powder.
- Mix and simmer. Serve hot.
