Little Millet Sago Khichdi

Ingredients - 

  • 50 g TID Presoaked  Little Millet Rice
  • 30 g Sago
  • 25 g Peanuts
  • 25 g Peanut Powder
  • 3 g Green Chili Paste
  • Bengal Gram Dal, Cumin, Coriander, Salt, Water

Instructions -

  1. Soak and drain sago. Cook millet rice.
  2. Cook both together for 10 mins.
  3. Prepare tadka with spices and add mixture.
  4. Add rice, sago, peanut powder.
  5. Mix and simmer. Serve hot.
