Little Millet Curd Rice

Ingredients - 

  • ½ cup TID Little Millet
  • 2 cups water, ¾ cup curd, ¼ cup milk
  • 3 tbsp grated carrot, 2 tsp coriander
  • Seasoning: oil, mustard, urad dal, curry leaves, green chilli, ginger

Instructions -

  1. Cook millet until soft.
  2. Mash and mix with curd and milk.
  3. Heat oil and add seasoning ingredients.
  4. Add to rice with carrot and coriander.
  5. Mix well and serve chilled.
