Little Millet Curd Rice
Ingredients -
- ½ cup TID Little Millet
- 2 cups water, ¾ cup curd, ¼ cup milk
- 3 tbsp grated carrot, 2 tsp coriander
- Seasoning: oil, mustard, urad dal, curry leaves, green chilli, ginger
Instructions -
- Cook millet until soft.
- Mash and mix with curd and milk.
- Heat oil and add seasoning ingredients.
- Add to rice with carrot and coriander.
- Mix well and serve chilled.
