Kodo Millet Payasam

Ingredients - 

  • 150 g TID Presoaked Kodo Millet
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 ml milk
  • 4-5 saffron threads
  • 50 g dry fruits (cashew, almond, pista)
  • 30 ml ghee

Instructions -

  1. Cook millet, saffron and milk on low heat until soft.
  2. Add sugar and stir to cook payasam.
  3. Roast dry fruits in ghee and add to payasam.
  4. Serve hot or cold.
