
Kodo Millet Payasam
Ingredients -
- 150 g TID Presoaked Kodo Millet
- 250 g sugar
- 250 ml milk
- 4-5 saffron threads
- 50 g dry fruits (cashew, almond, pista)
- 30 ml ghee
Instructions -
- Cook millet, saffron and milk on low heat until soft.
- Add sugar and stir to cook payasam.
- Roast dry fruits in ghee and add to payasam.
- Serve hot or cold.
