
Kodo Millet Dhokla
Soft, steamed dhokla made with kodo millet.
Ingredients -
- 40 g TID Presoaked Kodo Millet Flour
- 60 g Besan
- 2 g Turmeric, 6 g Salt
- 3 g Baking Soda
- Pinch Citric Acid
- Oil, Water, Mustard, Cumin, Red Chillies, Curry Leaves
Instructions -
- Make batter with flours, water, turmeric, salt.
- Add oil, soda, citric acid.
- Steam for 20 mins, cool & cut.
- Prepare tadka, add to dhokla.
- Serve hot.
