Kodo Millet Dhokla

Soft, steamed dhokla made with kodo millet.

Ingredients - 

  • 40 g TID Presoaked Kodo Millet Flour
  • 60 g Besan
  • 2 g Turmeric, 6 g Salt
  • 3 g Baking Soda
  • Pinch Citric Acid
  • Oil, Water, Mustard, Cumin, Red Chillies, Curry Leaves

Instructions -

  1. Make batter with flours, water, turmeric, salt.
  2. Add oil, soda, citric acid.
  3. Steam for 20 mins, cool & cut.
  4. Prepare tadka, add to dhokla.
  5. Serve hot.
