Foxtail Millet Vegetable Biryani
Ingredients -
- 1½ cup TID Presoaked Foxtail Millet
- Sliced onions, carrots, beans, peas
- Whole spices, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli, coriander, tomatoes, garam masala, lemon juice, herbs, food color (optional)
Instructions -
- Boil millet with whole spices till ¾ done. Drain.
- Cook vegetables separately.
- Sauté spices and add tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, and vegetables.
- Add masalas, layer with millet, garnish.
- Cover, cook, and let rest. Serve hot.
