Foxtail Millet Vegetable Biryani

Ingredients - 

  • 1½ cup TID Presoaked Foxtail Millet
  • Sliced onions, carrots, beans, peas
  • Whole spices, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli, coriander, tomatoes, garam masala, lemon juice, herbs, food color (optional)

Instructions -

  1. Boil millet with whole spices till ¾ done. Drain.
  2. Cook vegetables separately.
  3. Sauté spices and add tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, and vegetables.
  4.  Add masalas, layer with millet, garnish.
  5. Cover, cook, and let rest. Serve hot.
