
Foxtail Millet Khichidi
Light, fluffy millet khichdi with spiced warmth.
Ingredients -
- 1 cup TID Foxtail Millet Grain (pre-soaked)
- ½ cup moong dal
- Mustard seeds, chopped onions, green chillies, tomato, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt, water – as required
Instructions -
- Soak green moong dal for 15 min.
- Season with mustard seeds, onion, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, curry leaves, and turmeric powder.
- Add sufficient water and salt, cook on low flame till done. Serve hot.
