Foxtail Millet Khichidi

Light, fluffy millet khichdi with spiced warmth.

Ingredients - 

  • 1 cup TID Foxtail Millet Grain (pre-soaked)
  • ½ cup moong dal
  • Mustard seeds, chopped onions, green chillies, tomato, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt, water – as required

Instructions -

  1. Soak green moong dal for 15 min.
  2. Season with mustard seeds, onion, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, curry leaves, and turmeric powder.
  3. Add sufficient water and salt, cook on low flame till done. Serve hot.
