
Foxtail Millet Flakes Poha Tikki
Ingredients -
- 1 cup Foxtail Millet Flakes (TID)
- 2 Boiled Potatoes (medium-sized)
- 1/4 cup Grated Carrot
- 1 small Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 Green Chilli (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 2 tbsp coriander Leaves (chopped)
- 1 tsp lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp roasted Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 tbsp oil (for shallow frying)
Instructions -
- Wash and squeeze poha.
- Mix all ingredients, shape into balls.
- Flatten to make tikki.
- Dip in corn flour slurry, coat in crumbs.
- Fry till crispy, serve with chutney.
