
Finger Millet Chocolate Biscuits
Ingredients -
- 100 g TID Presoaked Finger Millet Flour
- 50 g Butter
- 30 g Sugar Powder
- 5 g Baking Powder
- 10 g Cocoa Powder
- 5 ml Vanilla Essence
- Stuffing: Butter, Sugar, Cocoa, Vanilla
Instructions -
- Blend butter & sugar till creamy.
- Add flour, cocoa, baking powder, vanilla, beat into dough.
- Roll & cut biscuits.
- Bake at 180°C for 20 mins.
- Beat stuffing, fill & sandwich biscuits.
