Finger Millet Chocolate Biscuits

Ingredients - 

  • 100 g TID Presoaked Finger Millet Flour
  • 50 g Butter
  • 30 g Sugar Powder
  • 5 g Baking Powder
  • 10 g Cocoa Powder
  • 5 ml Vanilla Essence
  • Stuffing: Butter, Sugar, Cocoa, Vanilla

Instructions -

  1. Blend butter & sugar till creamy.
  2. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder, vanilla, beat into dough.
  3. Roll & cut biscuits.
  4. Bake at 180°C for 20 mins.
  5. Beat stuffing, fill & sandwich biscuits.
