
Energy Millet Bar / Chikki
Ingredients -
- 30 g TID Barnyard PFlakes
- 30 g TID Finger Millet Flakes
- 20 g Sesame Seeds
- 6 g Chia Seeds
- 20 g Flax Seeds
- 60 g Honey
- 60 g TID Jaggery
- 20 g Almonds
- 20 g Cashew Nuts
- 10 g Pumpkin Seeds
- 20 g Pistachios
- 20 g Ghee
Instructions -
- Dry roast all ingredients separately for 2–3 mins.
- Preheat oven to 200°C for 15 mins.
- Melt jaggery with 1 tsp water until thin slurry.
- Mix in honey and other ingredients.
- Fill molds, bake at 120°C for 15 mins.
- Refrigerate for 10 mins. Serve chilled.
