Energy Millet Bar / Chikki

Ingredients - 

  • 30 g  TID Barnyard PFlakes
  • 30 g  TID Finger Millet Flakes
  • 20 g Sesame Seeds
  • 6 g Chia Seeds
  • 20 g Flax Seeds
  • 60 g Honey
  • 60 g  TID Jaggery
  • 20 g Almonds
  • 20 g Cashew Nuts
  • 10 g Pumpkin Seeds
  • 20 g Pistachios
  • 20 g Ghee

Instructions -

  1. Dry roast all ingredients separately for 2–3 mins.
  2. Preheat oven to 200°C for 15 mins.
  3. Melt jaggery with 1 tsp water until thin slurry.
  4. Mix in honey and other ingredients.
  5. Fill molds, bake at 120°C for 15 mins.
  6. Refrigerate for 10 mins. Serve chilled.
