
Barnyard Millet Pizza
Millet crust pizzas topped with vibrant flavor
Ingredients -
- ½ cup TID Barnyard Millet
- ½ cup maida
- ½ tsp baking soda, salt, oil
- Veggies: onion, capsicum, tomato, sweet corn
- Tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese
Instructions -
- Soak and grind millet into paste. Add maida, soda, salt.
- Optionally ferment for 6 hrs.
- Cook base on pan, flip.
- Preheat oven, spread sauce, cheese, toppings.
- Bake at 180°C for 7-10 min. Serve with herbs.
