Barnyard Millet Pizza

Millet crust pizzas topped with vibrant flavor

Ingredients - 

  • ½ cup TID Barnyard Millet
  • ½ cup maida
  • ½ tsp baking soda, salt, oil
  • Veggies: onion, capsicum, tomato, sweet corn
  • Tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese

Instructions -

  1. Soak and grind millet into paste. Add maida, soda, salt.
  2. Optionally ferment for 6 hrs.
  3. Cook base on pan, flip.
  4. Preheat oven, spread sauce, cheese, toppings.
  5. Bake at 180°C for 7-10 min. Serve with herbs.
