Barnyard Millet Cutlet

Ingredients - 

  • 100 g TID Dehulled Barnyard Millet
  • 20 g each potatoes, carrots, beans
  • 5 g salt, pepper, chaat masala
  • 30 g channa dal, 5 g green chillies
  • 20 g bread crumbs, water, oil

Instructions -

  1. Cook millet and fluff.
  2. Mix channa dal flour with curd, boil vegetables.
  3. Sauté chopped onion, green chilli, garlic, ginger.
  4. Mix with millet, spices, and shape into cutlets.
  5. Shallow/deep fry till golden. Serve with sauce.
