How To Consume
How To Consume
- Prep: Stir the batter well. For dosa/chilla, add a little water if needed to achieve a pourable consistency.
- Cook:
• Dosa/Chilla: Pour a ladle of batter onto a hot, greased pan. Spread into a thin circle for dosa or a thicker one for chilla. Cook on both sides until golden.
• Idli: Pour the batter into greased idli molds and steam for 10-12 minutes. - Serve: Serve hot with chutney or sambar!
How to use: For 1 cup of dosa-mix flour, add 1.5 cups of water, pinch of salt and mix well to get dosa batter consistency and make a crispy & healthy Dosa.
